First off...there is absolutely NO COST for any items that do not sell. Commission is only accessed after completed sales. The commission amount is on a sliding scale. As the sale amount increases, the commission amount goes down to reflect a fair value for all parties.

Most companies will simple auction your items all at once. This will certainly move items faster if that is your goal. But we take more time with each sale and seek out buyers that will pay more than an item would go for at auction. This method allows us to net 30%-50% more on each sale and sometime MUCH higher.  That's more money in your pocket. This means that we take on fewer clients than most services, but this is in line with our stated goal of a more personal touch.

We have multiple contacts throughout the Chicagoland area that are licensed to take down machinery and safely load onto the customer's transportation or delivery the item safely to the customer directly. Our clients are not responsible to handle machinery movement in any way. All customers will sign a waiver to cover any safety and liability concerns. 

This varies for each customer. The more time we are given, the more we can sell and the more we can make as sometimes finding the right buyer can take weeks. Please reach out to us EARLY in the process.

Our standard process is weekly payment but we can be flexible as needed. 

Receipts for all sales are kept and provided in full to the client. Spreadsheets are sent weekly via email. And references for our past services are definitely available. We want to show off our happy clients!

Absolutely! If we are given access to the building, we will take appointments for customers to buy these items. Again, this is not something your standard liquidation company will do and there is much money lost as a result. We do not leave any stone unturned.
